Hi chief,
You can either use message rules in outlook express to sort out the spam, get your email changed and only give it out to important people so no spam comes to that inbox, or see if they have a webbased site to access your mail and see if they have a spam filter option to setup and enable.

This is the type of spam that has invaded my computer in box...... Новый закон по трансфертным, or this Строительная компания БРК. Полный цикл загородного домостроения. Have no idea what it means or why it is being sent so message rules dont really help, the lines change all the time. changing my email addy is really not an option, I suppose i can continue deleteing a couple of hundred messages every morning. Another strange thing is that some of it that hits my in box has someone elses addy ! Guess I am out of luck uh John ?

This is definitely good advice. I currently use three email addresses and have no real issues with spam. One address, which is the only one that gets spam, is for miscellaneous sites and forums. The two others are for university/job related things and digital download services (Steam, Origin etc.).
Gmail has one of the best spam filters. I say switch to Gmail.
