i have decided on a build to run WOW and minecraft. Is this a good build for under 500$,do i need to buy any other parts/connectors/wires, and is everything compatible?Also, should i OC any of them?

Yeah for the sort of games you want to play, and the budget you've got, that build should be fine for you. :) Everything will be compatible with one another too, no need to worry.

As far as overclocking goes, overclocking that Celeron is going to be tricky, and you'd need aftermarket cooling, so don't bother trying to overclock that.
 
kk, changed it to the combo and the 1600 ram. The board only takes 1333 ram, and wouldn't it be better to buy ram made for that speed instead of buying faster and down clocking it?and what do i do when i put this together(im ordering it today probably), change bios, run win.7,download microsfot security essentials, what else?
 
Correct, 1333mhz should be enough since the rest of your system isn't going to be the fastest ever, but still good.

Nothing you really need to change in BIOS with your hardware. Maybe just make sure your RAM is running at the right speed/timings. Then you boot to the windows 7 DVD, install, and you're good to go to download your favorite programs and customize all the settings to what you like.
