2nd GTX 560 or GTX 680?

I've been debating whether to get a 2nd 2GB GTX 560 or save up a while longer and go for the new GTX 680. $220 more for above-580 performance or $500 for the 680. Heat isn't a huge problem, and with headphones constantly blasting, noise isn't either.


What do you guys thing? Maybe sell my 2GB 560 for 150 and go for a 680?


Any input's appreciated!

Are you disappointed in the 560's performance? Any reason you want to upgrade besides you just want to?

I know what its like to feel that itch to upgrade. But personally, I'd get a 680, or at least wait till the other 6xx series is out. Reason is that once the 560s are outdated enough, there'd be no where else to go, so you'd have to sell them at a lower price than you'd get now. If you go 680, you can always SLI that in the future if need be.

I was also thinking this, I'll have to see how it compares to the 7950. I'm assuming it'll blow it out of the water... But we'll see. And also, Morpheus... I'm not sure what your intentions were of posting a 6990 vs 680 comparison, then links to buy the two... Wrong thread?
 
Supposedly it will be competing with the 7950, so it will probably be about 5% better nothing extreme.

I think he's showing you a link to compare any cards. You just change the cards you want to compare and it will change the graphs for you. I thought the same thing.
