Oh, thank you again for the reply! You've been especially helpful to me today claptonman :D

As for the memory, is that a trustworthy brand that would last me say, 6 months until i get the chance to upgrade my system again? I'm not questioning you on the suggestion at all, I just want to get all the information i can about what's going into my case :D

There really isn't a legitimate reason to drop that much more for the i5, for what i plan on doing the i3 2120 is perfect. Remember, I'm on a budget here, i don't really need anything of that caliber. I do appreciate the advice, but I think I may stick with the i3. :)

What will you be doing? Lots of stuff would be nice with a quad, like photoshop, gaming.

Light gaming such as League of Legends, probably a lot of office for school. I'm not into big games like B3 or CoD. If anything Diablo 3 will be the biggest thing i really get into. I've read that a duo isn't bad as long as you don't plan on doing a lot of multitasking. For this light gaming the i3 2120 should suit my needs, I'm not trying to build something great, just manageable under the small amounts of stress I'll be putting it through. I know how much better the i5 would be, but having the latest and greatest really isn't that important to me. Functionality, if it runs the low end games i play, or maybe Diablo 3 on medium would be fine with me. and this awful Pentium 4 i have in this older PC can handle what I've thrown at it so far, so i know an i3 would be comfortable as far as my needs go. :)

Anyone able to give me some information on how well and fast Newegg ships orders?

I've soon to order

2 cpu's
2 graphics cards
2 motherboards
2 orders of 8 gigs (2x4g) of memory
1 PSU
1 Case
1 disk drive
1 hard drive
1 heatsink/fan for cpu
2 orders of spare case fans
windows 7 operating system
mouse
keyboard
and a set of tools for computers (cause my makeshift set is pretty sad)

Does anyone know if an order this large usually makes it pretty fast, or safely from Newegg? Picking the standard UPS 3 day ground
