Changed Build (Compatibility Check)

Alright so a few weeks back I made a thread about the parts that I chose for my Gaming PC that would be used for Video Rendering etc Build is here

Anyway, I chose some new components, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the build is now classed as an "Ivy Bridge Gaming Build".

Keep in mind, I would like advice, but I would prefer a compatibility check, and also if every component will fit into the case. Thanks guys.

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K 4x 3.50GHz So.1155 BOX (€ 304.86)

GPU (This is where I am stuck): Alright, there's 2 choices here. I'm not sure which would be better.
There's one from XFX: 3072MB XFX Radeon HD 7970 925M Dual Fan Aktiv PCIe 3.0 x16 (€438.94)
Link to XFX
And there's one from Asus: 3072MB Asus Radeon HD 7970 DirectCU II T Aktiv PCIe 3.0 x16 (€452.01)
Link to Asus
I would appreciate help here.

All of these parts are bought from the German site Mindfactory.de.

I am not German, I am Irish, but this is the cheapest site I could find. If you have any better ones (In the EU, NOT Newegg or any crap like that) please tell me.

Thanks again,
Alien.

EDIT: Added Links to all of the components.

Yes, everything is compatible.

I will give advice, though. Do you need a 1000w power supply? A 750-850w will do just fine, even for two video cards.

And get a complete set of 16GB. They're guaranteed to work together.

Hmm... About the video cards... Which method would you recommend? Should I get the Asus, or buy the XFX and overclock it?

And aren't those RAM Sticks High Profile?

The Kingston memory will be fine, and I like the XFX cards myself but everybody has their own opinion.

Actually, go for a GTX 680 over a Radeon 7970, the 680 is faster and sometimes cheaper. I'd get an EVGA GTX 680 if you can, otherwise an ASUS or MSI one would be good. The 7970 was the fastest single-GPU card in the world, but now the 680 is. :D

Does this seem ok? Any changes? :P

i would recommend you a dual cooled gpu such as:
http://www.mindfactory.de/product_i...-DirectCU-II-Aktiv-PCIe-3-0-x16--Retail-.html

it is 35 euros more expensive but you wouldn't regret it;)
I'd just stick with the EVGA one you were looking at actually and save yourself the money. No real reason to buy a dual-fan card. For a start that ASUS cooler takes up 3 slots in your case, and the EVGA only 2, and the ASUS one will probably be nosier and the 680 doesn't get that hot anyway.

If you want to overclock though, then yeah spend the extra. If not, don't.
