Gskill ares 2133mhz ram 16gb

For gaming it shouldn't change anything at all really as far as i know, ram only shows on benches really

Whats the case lagecy of your Corsair Vengeance low profile? If it was case7 or lower you gain very little if any performance. If they have higher case say...9 or higher then you'll get a nice little boost in performance. Even though the it's blazing fast at 2133, it's going to be slowed by the high case of 11-11-11-30. Now if you were able to OC that ram to say..2400@12-11-12-30 or keep the current speed of 2133 and just lower the case, maybe like 10-11-10-28, then it would be something. Speaking of, if you do plan to OC that ram plz post some feedback, would luv to hear what they can do. Nice buy by the way.

yeah my current ram is cas latency 9. i feel like its bottlenecking my cpu or something. i will post results whe i oc it a little bit

Didnt see befor, you have a 2700k there, nice! What are you cooling it with, and what Vcore is it at? I heard that they were cherry pick 2600k's, can be push pretty far with little effort. With my 2550k I can get [email protected] with a Corsair H60 cooler, idles around low 30c's, load mid-high 50c.

Why did you feel like it was bottlenecking? Unless you only had 4GB of RAM I don't think you will see much difference in gaming.
