Computer will not Boot Up !

My computer at work started locking up yesterday and I had to re-boot in by shutting it down with the on off button. Noe it re-boots to the choices of starting manually, and the safe mode choice and so on.. then I get the pretty Microsoft picture and the note saying Windows is starting and then the screen goes black. Nothing !!! I shut it off and on but each time the same thing happens.I have also tried safe mode and last good configuration Any thoughts ??

Your probably not an administrator, and if not, you can't do much.

If you are administrator, try startup repair, and/or system restore.

Hardware failure. Hard to say what, but you should leave it alone until someone who can fix it may .
