Just get a Z77 extreme 4 (not the m) from newegg and you will have an insanely good motherboard. the P67 and Z68 are out of date now.
 
your looking at it from the wrong point of view. The extreme 4 is $5 more than the P67 one you linked. It just does not have a rebate. Rebates are not that reliable anyway, so you may or may not get it. Either way out of pocket, you will get a better board for only $5 more and be open to a Gen 3 processor if you want to upgrade later on.

And it overclocks great.

Really recommend getting a better power supply, like a corsair cx500. Wouldn't trust a 460w coolermaster on this system.
