Never heard of EL power supply but I don't need to. The $28 price tag says it all. Don't get it. PS is very important and a good one won't be cheap. Look for Seasonic/Corsair/XFX/Silvestone/Antec/PC Power&Cooling.

To compare pricing look at Newegg.com and TigerDirect.

If this is the for gaming spend a bit less on the CPU perhaps and get an i3 2100 and then get a Radeon 6850 or even a 6870 if you can afford it. Get a better power supply, Corsair CX 500 or CX 600 would be enough. Which hard drive are you going?

maybe around $500-$600. I don't play much games, maybe 1 a week..mostly internet listen to music or watching online movie.

I hate to contradict you, but if all he's doing is:

"mostly internet listen to music or watching online movie" then a cheap PSU is an perfectly acceptable option.

I myself use a 650watt Alpine PSU that cost me £20 and I use a lot of intensive programs and software (including games, which I play nearly on a daily basis). Not a singe problem, at all.

Or you can go to newegg website and click in shell shocker.. after rebate this combo will be $297. I think it is a decent deal since I don't do anything special.

Yet.
If you want to greatly increase the risk of having to replacing the ps and other system components then by all means, get the cheapest one you can find.

ok.. I am replace with this: Builder Series 600 Watt ATX 12V Power Supply Corsair Builder Series 600 Watt ATX 12V Power Supply -$70. Better?? Or too much?

If your planning on installing it on different computers as time goes on, only one at a time though, get a Retail verision. If it going to stay on this computer, get a OEM/System Builder.
