how much is this worth

I'd go maybe 150 on them, try for say 120, they used to be very expensive parts and would be worth alot, but lkow end modern parts that cost half as much as they did just a few years ago are faster., you could get an i3 and a low end motherboard for a little more and actually get better performance at stock, but that would be better with a good cooler since you could put it around 3.5-4ghz and you can't really overclock an i3 much
 
thats what i was thinking. the guy said he would sell me the qx6700 extreme cpu, asus striker extreme board, and 4 x 1 gig kingston 533 mhz ram, for $150? does that seem like a price thats worth it, or should i nudge him down a little bit more? thanks
