Can someone help me build?

I just need some help, i have an idea of what i want, but i don't exactly know where to start with everything, but if someone could help me with this. I'd like a machine that isn't too over-the-top (under $1500) but something i can do some pretty hardcore gaming on, running stuff like Battlefield 3, ARMA, the likes on good settings (not necessarily maxed out though). Would that be possible for that budget? I am sorry though if i seem like a nuisance, i still have a lot to learn about these things lol
 
Some guidelines:

Take a look at my build, it is around 1300 euros and that is about 1500 dollars...

CPU:Intel core I5-3570k
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 670(ti)(maybe 770 when you buy it:P)
CPU cooler: Thermalright HR-02 Macho
Case:Zalman Z11plus
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
Memory: Corsair vengeance 8gb LP
SSD: ADATA AS510S3-120GM-C
HDD: Western Digital WD10EZRX <---Not needed
Fan controller: Scythe Kaze Master 5.25 <---Not needed
DVD-RW: Sony Optiarc AD-5280S-0B

The 2 things you dont need you can buy a while later to finish your pc:)

these are 1600mhz instead of 2133 what an intel doesn't use;)
and they are $10 cheaper:D
 
The Corsair Carbide 300R is cheaper than that Zalman and is a much nicer case.

If you have around 1500 to spend get the 670 and a good power supply to go with it.
