It went away like 5 seconds after it came up.

I did a quick and full scan with mcafee.

No things came up.

I checked my drivers and there were no unusual ones.

When i go to update windows, it says i have to restart the computer.

I don't trust restarting it.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

I would remove McAfee if i were you. We have this and it is not pretty great. It is normally that you have to restarting every after update windows. It is not that bad.

go into your control panel, then go to "administrative tools".

From there, go to your event viewer. this should help you out. look for all events with a red triangle
