Computer Upgrade ... Finally!

So I haven't messed with my computer in quite a while, last thing I upgraded was my GPU PSU and HDD. I want to upgrade the CPU, MB and RAM.

Now, I used to be on the vanguard of PC parts, but to be honest I've lost track of whats good and what's best. I'm sure though, that I want to go Intel and Ivy Bridge preferably. Don't really have a budget, as long as it's not the best of the best. So I piled some parts on Newegg and came up with this, how does it look?

Looks good, I'd downgrade the Mobo a little and go for a 3570k for overclocking ability. But that's just me. Other than that, looks good.

Good! About the 3570K, I don't plan on overclocking. Maybe some minor down the road, I'm hoping the jump from my E2160 will be enough :P

I added a cooler. By the way, how noisy is the H70?

I think I'll actually get the 3570K without downgrading the mobo. I just want a mobo that I know will last and has lots of features and ports. That P67 EXTREME4 seems to be the best rated mobo around that price. I just don't know what the difference is between Z77 and P67. And I suppose Z77 is better/newer than Z67?

Yeah Z77 is the newest chipset. To be honest though, I don't think there is too much of a difference between the Z67 and the Z77.
