Password reset

Not sure if this is where it would go but I think it would? I am trying to use Anmosoft Windows Password Reset software to reset the pw of the admin of this computer but in its guide it uses phoneixBIOS I have uh... Just BIOS(It says CMOS Utility Setup at the top of my screen).Anyway what it wants me to do is boot from the CDROM or USB(Using a usb) When I load the pc up it doesn't load it so I have to go into my BIOS and for the setup boot devices options I have 3 slots and 4 of which are for the usb. They are:
USB-HDD
USB-CDROM
USB-ZIP
USB-FDD

Its been on USB-CDROM but my usb never booted with that on so what would work? or do I need to use another program entirely? If so please recommend.
 
If there are no other options, you either have a netbook, which don't have a cdrom drive or there is a hardware issue with the system.

However, we can't help you crack/reset a password as we don't know if this is actually your system or not. Its against our rules.
