Power supply advice

Despite this being my second computer build, I still find figuring out the right Power supply to be a challenge. Based on this build what wattage/amps do I need? Thank you in advance!

Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz

ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 Motherboard

ASUS GeForce GTX 680

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB DDR3 RAM

Koutech Internal Card Reader

OCZ Vertex 3 120GB SSD

Western Digital 500GB 7200 RPM Internal HDD

LG Internal Blu-ray/DVD/CD Drive

COOLER MASTER HAF X Full Tower Computer Case

Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit

Also, what do you think of the build? Comments, suggestions, compatibilities?
Thanks again!

A good quality 650W would do you fine with alittle overhead. Stick with XFX/Antec/Corsair/PC Power&Cooling/Seasonic/Silverstone

Iv always been told that PC Power and Cooling makes the best power supplies, but Iv never seen one nor owned one.

But I would agree 650W should do it. As that setup isnt too different from mine (power wise), probably is actually more power efficient than mine with the IB CPU.

Using one now, the older 750W Silencer S75QB. They have changed alittle in the last couple of years, OCZ bought then out. The MK II series are made by Highpower, good power supply but alittle lower quality then the seasonic models. The MK III series are still made by seasonic. The newer Silencer series, 760/910W models are seasonic models. The Turbo Cool 860/1200W are made by Win Tack, excellent units too.
