That memory will not work in your motherboard. Your motherboard only supports up to 1066mhz so you would need this one.

Wouldnt that mean that it would just downclock the RAM to 1066 or it looks like 1333mhz is the highest supported on that board? I dont see any reason why that RAM wont work with that motherboard. It wont run at its advertised speed of 1600mhz but it should work none the less.
 
It would work, but you would be wasting money spending extra on 1600MHz ram, the board would only see it as 1066MHz.

I would agree. But with as cheap as RAM is today, I would bet the price difference is around $10. Why not? ;) Would be worth it if the OP was planning on upgrading in the future to a new DDR3 platform.
 
It may or may not work. The actual highest speed the board supports is 1333mhz but thats if its overclocked. I wouldn't take the chance and just get 1066mhz memory. The board may not boot with that 1600mhz ram installed. It's happened before.
