I want to set up a Network Hard Drive that connect to the router but all the review I've read are bad so does anyone know of a good Network Hard Drive?
Just use any old USB hard drive and get a decent router with USB ports on it that allow network sharing.
A router like this:

I'm sorry but that won't work. A network anything has a RJ45 that goes into the router so you can access it from any computer while all the other computers are turned off. Also how about a wireless Hard Drive which doesn't need a router?
The network sharing is what the usb ports on the router are for! You plug the hard drive into the router to share it.
Otherwise have a look at this :

A router does not have USB ports they have RJ45 ports
Did you look at what he linked? It clearly has 2 USB ports and supports USB storage media.
