hello everyone =)

i'm looking for some help on replacing my nvidia geforce 9300 GE.
i've looked around the internet, but i'm still not sure on what i should get. i'd like to run a dual-monitor display, and play MOST games without any lag.
my psu is 300w, i'm willing to spend about $150 max. i can also get another psu if needed for the card. i'm planning on adding more memory too, probably around 8gb, and maybe get w7. my pc specs currently are:
intel quad core q6600 2.40GHz
4gb ram
640gb hard drive
nvidia geforce 9300 GE.
vista 64-bit.

thanks everyone :)
P.S. (sorry in advance- i don't know too much about computing)

**EDIT**
my pc can only fit a low-profile card :X, and that fits a pci express 2.0 x16

You're really out of luck then on a $150 budget. A case with a sufficient PSU is $120, and thats without the GPU. You will need to double your budget.
