Just built this, what do you guys think?

Okay, so here is the full list of parts: CPU: Intel Core i7-2600k quad-core socket LGA1155, CPU fan: corsair hydro series h100. Ram: 2 corsair vengeance 16gb (2x8) DDR3 1600MHz. Main board: Asus P8Z77-V PRO socket 1155 intel z77 chipset. Hard Drive: OCZ Vertex 4 128gb SSD, and Western Digital 1Tb blue 7200RPM. Video card: Zotac GeForce GTX 680 2GB.

Should I add and/or change anything?

wow, that costs something :P.
The only thing you should change is the brand of the videocard, zotac isn't good.
And you really don't need more then 16gb ram, even 8gb is already much.
Is it meant to be overclocking or just a little oc?
The rest seems great.

You only need to add a case and a psu!

I would spend your money on a i7 3770k in case of that 2700k. Your motherboard is good for that cpu. The rest is great!

Is there any significance between the two?
Yeah, I'm just about ready to put this computer together,

the 2700k is just an oc 2600k, it's 2nd generation.
The i7 3770k is newer and has the same clockspeed as the 2700k, it's 3th generation. So the 3770k is better, also faster.

Sounds like a done deal to me. Any clue to the retail price on one of those?

what are you planning to do with your pc?
You could replace the h100 for a h80.
If you don't want to overclock an aircooler is good, even for mild oc's (and sometimes bigger overclocks if you got one of the top aircoolers).

ps: you got skype or something, thats easier to talk...
