Stock fan on CPU?

HELLO EVERYONE...

I just finished another gaming rig and i was curious if i really need to upgrade the cpu fan.. my specs are as follows...>> I use this rig strictly for gaming......NO OVERCLOCKING INTENDED........Please advise THANKS :)

also would you know about why my g skills ram is only showing 1600 mhz and not 1866 mhz? i called asus and tried some changes in bios but still falls back to 1600 ...i dono... I would like it at 1866 mhz but if theirs no major difference
then i will just leave it... thanks for your help :)
 
Post a CPU-Z screenshot of the memory tab. Are you RAM is definitely 1866 and doesn't have to be overclocked in order to reach 1866?

i am not home right now, i will post cpu-z tab of ram later on today. i am at work till 7pm est, yes this is the ram i bought from newegg.

only showing 1600 mhz, in bios. when i switch it to 1866 it seems to have dropped to 1333...odd..

hey guyz..

OK so i called g-skillz and got the settings to make my ram is it as full 1866.
had to adjust bios settings timing and voltls. and command rate.. and cpu-nb volt....after i did that shes seeing 1866.. :)
awsome... know, question.... If i wanted to play with overclocking my cpu were would i start.? also do I need to upgrade my stock cpu fan/heatsink??
if so ... what do u suggest... just curious... thanks again for help
