Mixing Different Sizes of RAM

Here's the thing, I got a 2gb RAM (DDR3) and I wanna have a 4gb RAM. But if I buy a 4gb RAM then what'll I do with my 2gb RAM?

To save a bit of fortune, should I just buy another 2gb RAM?
Or I should just get single 4gb RAM is better?


WHICH IS BETTER GUYS?


Here's my PC's specifications:


Motherboard: Intel® Desktop Board DH61WW
Processor: Intel Core i3 - 2100
Video Card: ASUS EN210 SILENT (NVIDIA® GeForce® 210)
RAM: 2048 Mbytes (Type: DDR3)

Yes, its just that having 2 sticks of 2gb memory will just make it run in dual channel which is better than having just a signle stick of 4gb running in single channel.
