sucks i updated it and the artifacts are still there any other fixes i keep getting links to stick my graphics card in the oven -____-

Follow what Claptonman said. It would be much easier for us to help you if we knew what kind of hardware you're running.

Ok, before you do anything, let's see what exactly you're working with.

Download Speccy.

Open it and take a screenshot. Do this by having it open and pressing the button "print screen" on your keyboard. It may say something like PRT SCN or similar.

Paste that into paint. Save this picture. Upload it to a hosting site like Imgur.

its alright im not worried about the processor so much anymore i just though if i changed it then it would fix everything but since thats not the case and i set everything to low on my graphics card updated it and everything and there are still artifacts im just going to get a new graphics card

As long as you know what kind of GPU you need to get.

That does actually fix some cards.

It would also be good to download HWMonitor and see how hot you card is running.
