Can anyone suggest an up to date motherboard---Mini ATX, preferably ASUS or Gigabyte for use in a Desktop, around $100?

I finally bought a Gigabyte 880GM-USB3. I am amazed at how fast NewEgg.com delivers these things---it only took something like 24 hours. I'm in NJ. This is not exactly an up to date board as I put one of these in a computer last year. It's hard to notice the increase in speed for the USB 3.0, if you can notice it at all. If anyone has a helpful tip on this kind of board, I would appreciate it. I'm trying to sell the damn thing. I'm going to use an AMD 3.3GHz AM3. I'm also putting 8 GB of RAM in there. I think the HD is 1 TB. You can't put an FDD on this board. I think maybe a cheap $30-40 Video Card will do. The O/S will be WIN 7 home premium 64bit. I sold about 20 of my computers in 2010-2011.
