Cooling would fit my case?

Your case is only 7.72 inches wide, and the heatsink is about 6.3 inches tall. Your motherboard should only raise it about a couple centimeters, but it should work. You'd be cutting it close. But yeah, the corsair would definitely fit.

Or I'm actually tempted to get the Noctua one..... but you said it should fit right?

*Specs
NZXT Lexa S
My motherboard is Asus P8Z77 LK-v
Noctua NH-D14

I have no clue if it'll fit... I just love how Lexa S looks... and can't resist, and I read some good stuff about Noctua.

I did some homework, and the dimensions show that:
Case has approx 198mm in width (7.72'' x 25.4 conversion rate)
the cooler has height of 160mm with fan in height.
So i dunno if the 3cm will give enough room for docking the mobo on.

From the back of my case to the top of the motherboard is about 6.3mm. Add the height of the CPU/CPU socket, and it shouldn't come close to the 198mm. I think you should be fine. You might not be able to put a fan/keep a fan on the side of the case.

Be sure to attached the back bracket if you buy the noctua. Very heavy cooler, would bend your mobo if you didn't.
