Hi All;

Okay, I am not to bright when trying to understand the meaning of Core clock and Streaming processors.
So, I was wondering if any of you can explain to me about it.
And my budget for a video card can't be any higher that 250.00 USD.
This is the video card I am planning on getting in November 2012 to help finish out my new build.

You can get a 7870 or a 660 non-ti for around 230. The stream processors for amd and fermi cores for nvidia are the same thing as the cores in your cpu, and just like amd vs intel, you cant just compare nvidia cores to amd's, nvidia cores are better and have better drivers but amd still is just as good. and the core speed is the same as your 3.1ghz processor.
