Gaming PC for a game like WOW

Well I am looking to build a gaming pc for a game just like WOW. I don't want it to lag at all and I want it to look good as well. I know components pretty well but I am not sure what I will need here.

What I have already:
250gb seagate 7200rpm drive
standard optical dvd drive
alienware case
coolermaster evo 212 cpu cooler

BUDGET: 700usd

I want:
atleast a quad core cpu intel/amd
60gb SSD
I want the gpu to be the best it can be on the budget

All of this. Plus don't forget Windows if you need that.

Sounds good. If you want to OC though, you'll need a K version of a processor. Probably the 3570K. Otherwise you can't really OC with the one you chose.
 
That is BS to a point. He could easily hit 4GHz with that processor with good cooling and depending on its exact BCLK overclock ability. Mine did 106 with no trouble. 107 was attainable, but was unstable. 105-108 is the average on the sandy and ivy chips.

edit. I am stupid for not researching. He could feasibly get 3.4GHz or so easily.

Now as I understand the non K edition of the processor you cant overclock. Or can you? Also do you guys think I should get the better video card with the non overclocking processor. Or the unlocked processor with the 7850 video card?
 
either will do you fine at 1080p. A 7850 is a strong card. It matches my GTX480.

You can overclock a non K CPU, you just can't overclock it as much. You will be limited by the stock multiplier if you go with a non k CPU, so get the fastest clocked CPU you can if you want to do it the "wrong" or "hard" way.

Read previous posts, he is going with a CX600.
Yeah, the hd7850 should be fine if you're gaming @1080p.
Take the i5 3570k, so you can oc if you want it maybe.
Also maybe go for a better mobo then I mentioned, the Z77X-dh3 or Z77X-udh3
