Hi guys,
I tried playing garry's mod on this laptop and it runs very nice even on high settings, my only problem is that my laptop shuts down because of overheating after about 30 minutes of playing. Do you have any idea how I can prevent it from overheating:confused: Any help appreciated.
 
Lift the laptop up. Use a cooling pad. Don't game on high settings. Oh, and don't buy HP.
 
Laptops like that aren't meant to game. The only other thing you could do is pull the motherboard out, apply fresh arctic silver to the heatsinks, and place copper shims between the CPU/GPU and the heatsink.

hmmmmmmmmm, well in this case I think I'll just get a better gaming laptop or build myself a gaming pc :D
