Compatible Check

The entire list is compatible. However, I would change some things.

#1. Motherboard. That one will do fine for stock settings. I would not trust it above 4GHz though. It is either 3 or 4 phase with doublers, which makes it hard to maintain a high overclock. Look for a Z77X-UD3 or UD5 to replace it and you will be much better off.
#2. RAM. Get something from Kingston, Patriot, Gskill, Geil or the like that is not high profile RAM. The high profile will limit you to 2 DIMMs with the cooler you chose.
#3. Graphics card. Get XFX or Gigabyte, maybe Sapphire. They all have better coolers than HIS.
#4. Cooler. The 212+ is fine, but the 212 EVO is better. Look for that. Or if you want something markedly better than the stock look for a medium range noctua cooler. The 212 is sold in high marks, but my use finds it not any better than stock in most cases, and the fan failed after less than 6 months use.

and to answer the original question, the thermal paste is good. Not the best, but very close. As close as you can get without liquid metal paste.

Mobo: don't plan on over clocking more then 3.9
Ram:gaming only need 8gb only need 2 dims..
3. other sites said to go with HIS....(Mixed reviews)So IDK...Link me another one please that you think is better.
4.fans 10 bucks off....(DONT have alot of cash)


Thanks for all the help if you can just ink me another one of the same number that does not cost more( i dont have any extar cash)

Does it make sence to do the build that I linked first with an evo fan and later upgrade the video card later to a:

Or should i downgrade stuff now and upgrade that stuff later(RAM,PSU,MOBO) which is easier?(NOT the graphics card)

Looks good. Your PSU is utter overkill. Look at a CX600 unless you're planning on doing Crossfire later down the road.

I have that same RAM and I almost wish I had gotten just regular sized RAM to avoid issues with getting a bigger cooler. Sure it looks cool but you may have issues upgrading later and using a bigger cooler as well.

Otherwise looks good.
 
Spend less on the PSU and more on the motherboard. CX600 and Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H would be a better setup.
