As an update:

Ordered my pc today should be here Wednesday day building it Saturday break starts friday and playing like all Sunday!!!!!!

i have a question....

the psu i have is semi modular (It has 24 pin 8 pin ad dual 4 pins connected automatically) and i connected the 24 and the 8 but what do i do with the 4 dial pin ones?

Also i have a ac 97 connected with the audio what am i suppose to plug that into?

also i have to connect a monitor and all i have is dvi and there is not a dvi slot on the video card so if i plug it into the mother board will it affect anything?

What graphics card do you have? Any graphics card made in about the past 7 years or so should have DVI on it. If you plug it into the motherboard it won't work because you have a graphics card present in your system.

Not sure what you mean by '4 dial pins'.

i meant 4 dual pins (so 8 pins) I was told if nothing needs them dont use them...

Once I started up my pc it just started and shut down over and over again with debug code 55 on my z77 extreme 6 mother board any ideas?

You need to plug in both of the 4 pin power connectors if they are for the motherboard.

The 7950 should definitely have DVI.

Have you plugged the power cables into your 7950? Show me some pics of the system, I want to see where you have and haven't plugged things in.

If he has the CPU 8 pin plugged in, he doesn't need the 2X4. Don't know why the P/S has both, could be for a dual CPU power connectors. Sound to me like he need to recheck all his connections and make sure everything is seated good. Plus he might need to check all his standoffs and make sure he doesn't have one where it doesn't belong.
