Help building first gaming rig please.

Hello, I am trying to build my first gaming PC, I have hardly any experience on buying the parts, that is why I came here.So far I have 7 parts (one combo, processor and motherboard) in the cart and I would like to know if they would work with each other and if the gameplay is high-end or not.Here are the 7 parts I have in my basket:

I shop on newegg.com as you already know, like I said, I'm new, I would not know what to choose if i would look for a specific FX 4000 series or a specific AM3+ motherboard.If you have time, could you give me a name or link to them if you have time?
