How do you work with word without the page cutouts

Word has those horizontal spaces where it cuts the page. It annoys me and i want it to spread like notepage - how do i do that?
 
Ok thanks. Do you know how i can make the page to automatically slowly scroll down? Ive tried it with mousewheel but its too quick.
 
What do you mean automatic scroll down ?

If you want to lower the scroll weel sensitivity, just go to the control panel and then mouse settings and adjust mouse weel.

You know the scroll speed depends on the distance between the current mouse location and the mouse wheel press location, right? This works for all four directions (up, down, left, right)."

Problem is that on a webpage the scroll speed is slow, then faster, then faster as i move the mouse further from the starting point. It doesnt work like that on word. Is there a specific mouse sensitivity for word and a specific mouse sensitivity for webpages?
