Reset computer on shutdown

Hi,
I work in a school where disabled students learn to work with the computer
Some try to "sabotage" the computers so it often takes a lot of time to make the computer to work like it should...
I once heard about a computer-program that, upon shutting down, resets the computer in it's original status
I think it sounded like "ICE...." whatever
Does anybody over here know what I'm talking about?
Many thanks

I haven't heard of one...but you can take precautions like make sure the tower case doesn't have any places which can be misused...like at my school, the year 7's have had a habit of ramming the jacks from headphones into the USB, shorting out the computer... There may be a setting in bios for it...but I haven't heard of it.
