Windows 8 Won't start from sleep

3.30 gigahertz Intel Core i5-3550
Board: Gigabyte Z77-D3H
M4-CT128M4SSD2 [Hard drive] (128.04 GB)
8088 Megabytes Usable Installed Memory
Windows 8 64 bit

Won't start from sleep and sometime from
restart. Unplugging power plug works every time.
I'm not a computer whiz and any help will be sincerely appreciated.

The copy of windows you stated "Windows 8 Home Premium" does not exist. There are only 4 versions of it. (1) Windows 8, (2) Windows 8 Pro, (3) Windows 8 Enterprise), (4)
Windows 8 RT. No Home Premium. If you are running a beta, they did have trouble coming back from sleep mode, the (Windows 8 Pro x64) (Release Preview) Build 8400 had trouble coming back when I was running it. I have the full version of Windows 8 Pro x64 now, and I have no trouble coming out of sleep mode now.
