Video card for dual monitor

So, I already have my main video card for gaming. I want to get another video card for dual monitors so I can use it for the internet and such. I was wondering what would be the most recommended while cheapest for accomplishing that task? I'm not really worried about overclocking the second video card, but I need it to be able to connect to the internet while the first video card is my primary for gaming. I have the i7 3770k quad core processor. My intial video card is VisionTek Radeon 7950 3GB DDR5 PCI Express Graphics Card. My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H ATX LGA1155 Motherboard. I appreciate the help. Like I said, I just want the other video card to be able to 1. Dual monitor 2. Surf the Web/utilize Flash decently. Basically, be able to run facebook/yahoo games and such. Nothing graphic intensive.

Are you trying to do basic internet surfing WHILE gaming? Because you won't be able to do that, even if you got another graphics card. You can always attach another monitor to your current card.

Run both monitors off of the 7950. You will see no benefit to having another card in the system If you want to surf the web at the same time as gaming then you will either need to run the games in windowed mode and alt tab to the browser or minimize it to browse the web.

And even if he does run it windowed, a lot of games pause once you leave the window.

Yeah you can just run it out of the same card. However most games won't allow you to use the other monitor without alt tabbing out or at the very least pausing. The only game that allowed me to use my other monitor was Civilization 5.

I don't think multiplayer games will pause but you would have to unlock your mouse anyway so there is still a need for a alt tab to access the web.
