I just ordered parts for my new PC but someone brought to my attention that the ASUS P8H61-I R2.0 Board i ordered is a SANDY BRIDGE board and the i3-3225 is obviously ivy bridge.
I wasn't aware they weren't cross compatible? Or are they?
The board states 2nd and 3rd gen i7/i5/i3 and 32nm and 22nm CPU's
As far as my knowledge goes Ivy bridge is 22nm ... Do i need to order a different board??
