Opinion on this build?

I'm building a PC for my mom. She will be doing mostly office work, net surfing and I guess the occasional movies. I want it to last quite a while, as well as being faster than average. god knows I've had it with budget PCs.

Parts I already have:
GPU: Asus GT9600
2x WD green 320gb
Seasonic 620W PSU

Parts I'm considering:
MB: Asrock Z77 PRO3
CPU: Core i5 3470
RAM: 2x4gb Gskills RipjawsX 1600 (I know 8gb is overkill but RAM is so cheap, I might as well future proof it)
Case: I'm deciding among Thermaltake V3, V4 and Commander.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated :)

A quad core is not needed, especially for what your mom is doing. I would go down to an i3 or even a AMD quadcore would work as well.

Noted. I'll find a cheaper replacement. What about the MB? Do you have any suggestion? The past 3 MB that I used for a budget builds were mATX with really limited features so I want to get a decent ATX MB this time round. As for the case, what would you recommend?
