Can someone find forum posts/internet activity through i.p. address?

So basically where I used to work, they'd twist anything about my personal life into harassment. They're probably reading this now because I've posted here in the past, so they save it in a folder and might read the forums religiously in case I come back or maybe they can find me through my i.p address. There were no computers at that job. I use all different website forums a lot. When I get into a new thing, I usually have a few good questions and ask a forum. I.E, if they knew I got a dirt bike, they'd know to find dirt bike forums and read the entire thing and try and find me through context because I never use my real name. However, there have been times that I know they've read my posts because I can tell by hints they let out, but they are so out of the blue and I can't imagine how much they must have read in order to have found only a few posts by me using only context. I highly doubt they had me hacked, and again, the amount of time and effort they must have used to find me with just context and assumption is scary just to try and use anything about my personal life as harassment. So, I'm wondering if there's a 'simple' way to find my internet activity like through my i.p address? I've posted in a forum that displays i.p address, and besides, youtube makes it pretty easy to learn how to find someone's i.p. IOW, could they plug in my i.p to something and find my internet activity like forum posts or downloads or anything like that, or they just read and read and read forums based on assumption or hacked me? I'm on a very secure connection, no viruses ever, no network so other computers in the house can't see what I'm doing, computer is always locked, etc. Thanks

You obviously know nothing about this subject. thanks anyway.
And you have obviously violated the forum rules by having more than one account.

If you send people email they can get your IP address fairly easy. However, if you tend to post more on forums, only moderators and admins can see your IP address. But there really is no way to punch in an IP address in a search engine and get all your accounts that you have created. If you have a habit of using the same user name for all the forums then yes, its very simple to find out where you have been.

By the way, as another user has mentioned, you are not allowed to have more than one account on our forum. I have came to the conclusion that this account is yours as well.

Please let me know which account you want banned so it can't be used anymore.

There was no email at that job either. I almost always use different forum names. I never caused a problem with more than one account. I use and delete them as I need instead of being tied to it and having to save it through formats and stuff, because I usually join just to ask a couple questions then I delete the name and forget about it hoping I won't have another question. I guess that someone at my old job just read and read forums based on assumption. Another thing's the possibility that I'm on the workgroup at my home eventhough I opt out when formatting and then someone could have installed a remote app like 'go to my PC' on any computer and info could have grapevined to my ex job from someone who could access a computer at my home that wasn't at my old job. Anyway, you can ban the name besides this one, thanks for the info. I'm not a crazy paranoid either, I'm precautious, but I asked out of curiosity if it were possible to track through i.p and elaborated.
