What kind of FPS can this get?

I'm going to hopefully build a PC this year, I say hopefully because I have to move later in the year, I'm buying a dog later in the year and in August I start college so I'm going to swing it as best I can lol. Now here's the specs for the computer:

CPU: Intel Core i7-3770k
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB DDR3-1866Mhz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7,200rpm
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 2GB
PSU: SeaSonic 620W 80 PLUS Bronze
Optical: LG UH12NS29 Blu-Ray Read, CD/DVD R/W
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM
Monitor: ASUS VK228H-CSM 21.5"

Now I realize I'm not going to be able to OC the CPU much, but I will probably OC it by a very slight bit, but no higher than .3Ghz more than stock to be safe for now. Now what I wanted to know was, can any of you give me a ballpark for what FPS I could run games at. Here's some of the games I'll be playing:

World of Warcraft
Dead Island
Borderlands
Far Cry 2
Just Cause 2
Fallout 3
Fallout: New Vegas
Elder Scrolls: Oblivion
Elder Scrolls: Skyrim
ARMA II
Minecraft
GTA IV

And some future games like Crysis 3 and such. So what can you guys tell me lol? I realize it's not easy but I thought I'd try. Thanks for the help guys.
 
You should max everything at 1080p with ease. Processor is a bit overkill for gaming though...
 
I'm not only gaming. I'm gaming, programming, and doing HD video editing, photoshopping most likely, 3D animations in Blender and a few other various things. I know the 3570k is better if I'm just gaming, but I'm not lol.
 
Lmao. The sarcasm is strong with this one. I was just naming stuff off that I'll play lol, wasn't trying to pick anything specific.
 
Well if you're doing that kind of thing then yeah a 3770K is good. Why not toss in a decent CPU cooler for good measure? A CM 212+ would cost 30 dollars at most.
 
I might, but I might not have the extra cash right off the bat though. Like I said, I'm squeezing it tight as it is really.

Specs look good. At 1080p you will have no issue whatever. Really you could run 1440p without issue.
 
You should be able to max just about anything out with that at 1080p. I wouldn't worry about what ind of FPS you'll get - you'll have no problems playing games.

Mine works like a champ and I was able to achieve a 25 percent overclock with stock paste and lower temps than the stock HSF at stock speeds to boot. Seems good to me?

It would be much more helpful if you stated why someone should stay away from a certain brand instead of just "I don't like XYZ Brand".

What happened to you that you would stay away from future CM products?

as son said, it is not pertinate. But eside that, buying their products is wasting money on low quality and low performance products. You can quite easily match their poorly designed cases at a lower price and their coolers do not function much better than intel stock. Have not tried their keyboards yet, but I ill bet that you get a low quality board with some fancy lights to push the price up.
 
Anybody wanna recommend some other CPU cooler brands then? Just for future reference? If I were to buy one myself right now, I would pick the Xigmatek Dark Knight II Night Hawk Edition.

you would pick the same brand I was going to recommend. For coolers look at Phantechs (sp?), Noctua, or Xigmatek. If you are looking for more performance than that, then look at XSPC kit coolers.
 
I got a question. I've seen a ton of people with the 3770k OC'ed to 4.5Ghz and pretty stable too, but they all have used either a Noctua or a Corsair H series watercooled cooler. With the Xigmatek Dark Knight II Night Hawk Edition, would I be able to do the same clock speed or would it not be able to hold it as solidly as the Corsairs? Just wondering.
 
We can not say for sure. No more than we can guarantee you 5GHz. every processor OCs differently.
But I would bet that the dark night would get you close or above to 4.5GHz
 
Alright. Thanks for the help. I'm planning on adding a Xigmatek Dark Knight II and some Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste to my list of build parts.
