The price on that HP at Wally World is kinda hard to beat.
If you ever need a bigger drive you can use Clonezilla (free) to move it all over.
The only thing I see that might possibly be an issue is that it looks like the dvd/cd is rom not a burner.

I agree, but I dont see why she would need a burner.
 
True, the DVD burners are cheap nowadays now that the blue rays are on the market. I bought a new Asus DVD burner for $20 at Newegg.
 
May as well just get a burner. She may want to burn something on a DVD one day, you never know. Don't waste your money on a ROM though when an RW is about the same cost.

Dont get me wrong if I was building it I would def buy a burner, but if I bought a prebuilt that didnt have it, it wouldnt bother me because she doesnt know what burning is and she is the only one that uses that computer.
