I recently stayed in a hotel and left my MacBook Pro in the room during the day with a friend who was staying with me. A few days after returning from the hotel, I noticed a lot of unsavory stuff in my internet history that I had nothing to do with. There were also some image files in my Trash that I didn't put there.
I asked my friend if he'd been using my computer, and he said he hadn't. He suggested that maybe someone that was in the hotel and connected to the same wifi network had gained access to my computer and that would explain the pages I hadn't visited myself that were in my history.
I think I know the answer to this, but can someone tell me if this is even possible?
