Cant add space to C: hard rive

I have almost run out of space on my C: hard drive there is a print screen in my other thread if you want to look.

Does anyone have any ideas please i have 5gb free on my C: hardrive and like 136gb free on otherD:

Its slowing my laptop right down i have tried following videos on YouTube but just computer just won't do it lol

i thought i had and then it restarted and just went back to normal and i cant ssem to understand why to be honest lol
