First of all, I should note that I am a complete hardware noob. I've never done any of this before.
I've got a Dell Inspiron 620 and want to get a decent video card to do a bit of gaming. Nothing crazy, but a little bit outside of what the integrated graphics allow me to play (which isn't much). Anyway I'm looking at this-

Seems I am also going to need to update my power supply. Now that video card says that it requires at least 500W, but this power supply I found is only 430W-

It's only a $30 difference, but being as I'm already shelling out $170 for the video card, I'm looking to save as much money as I can.
