Good build but get a Gigabyte UD3H Z77 and a TX 650M.

I'll make a few comments on Viatical's build since it's very almost there.

Save money on the power supply and get a Corsair CX 600 or a TX 650 V2, then spend more money on motherboard and get an ASUS P8Z77-V PRO or a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H. The HX 750 is a good power supply, but it's expensive (a CX 600 is about 100 bucks less and will be absolutely fine).

I'd also spend a bit more on the case and get something along the lines of a Fractal Design Define R3/R4, Phantom 410 or Carbide 300R, although the Rosewill Challenger is decent enough.

I'd also change the graphics card to a 7870 if this is for gaming, since the 7870 is just as good but quite a bit cheaper. Better still, get a 7950 if you can afford it (it's the same cost as the 660 Ti but I'd take a 7950 over a 660 Ti).

Since it's a bare drive it doesn't come with any software or SATA cables or anything, but your motherboard will come with some SATA cables and you can probably download the software from Seagate's website if you wanted it.

Well, quality control and support and RMA quality has gone way down with their motherboards over the years. Stick with Gigabyte and MSI.

They're still a pretty solid brand. Don't discredit them too much.

Well the UD3H is a better board than the ASUS P8Z77-V LK, but not because Gigabyte is a better brand than ASUS, but rather because the UD3H has more features.

PC Unicorn seems to hate ASUS though. I've been using their boards for years (using one now) and I've never had a problem with them.
