How do I create a Windows 7 re-installation disk?

I bought a laptop that does not have a re-installation partition. There was no disk that came with the laptop either. How can I create a Windows 7 re-installation disk to repair the operating system?

Can I download an .iso file from somewhere to completely reinstall the Windows 7 64-bit operating system?

I am sure there are many versions for download on the Internet that have malicious software implanted in them.

You need to use burning software that will work with ISO files that will write the image to a cd/dvd. Windows 7 has this built in, no extra software required.

Burn it to a dvd by double clicking on the ISO file, use windows burner.
