Trouble With Video/lag

Everytime i play a game or watch a video on YouTube if i don't press a key on my keyboard or move my mouse every 20-30 seconds it lags. This has been happening ever since i put in my new graphics card ( Powercolor Radeon HD 6850 Single Slot Edition.) If you help me with this problem then you will be the first person on the internet to solve this problem.

Is it just streaming video online or do you suffer this problem when watching a video from the HDD? I had a similar problem with watching videos on my laptop running opensuse because of a issue with the driver for the intel hd 3000. Have you tried reinstalling your video driver? Have you tried running the compatibility mode when installing the driver?

I reinstalled my graphics drivers and i think it did the trick thanks
