Temperature CPU/PSU/graphic card

I'm looking for a program to measure the temp. of my CPU/PSU and graphic card...to see if the fans do there work.
Which program should I install?

I have now the CPUID HWMonitor.
It gives the temp. of TMPIN0, TMPIN1 and TMPIN2
How do I know which is the graphic card?

Yes. Video cards can oftentimes safely run much hotter than CPUs, sometimes over 80 degrees Celsius. What card do you have?

It stays below 70°C. (brand new card)

That's fine. Just make sure to monitor it as it gets older; the thermal paste will probably eventually dry out and some dust will probably get stuck in the heatsink.
