First time ordering a computer - HELP!

As said in the title, this is my first time ordering a computer. I've saved up enough money so that my budget can go between 1400$ - 1900$, but unfortunately, I do not know ANYTHING about computer parts...
So I'm just going to lay out all my requirements and see if anybody can come up with a PC Build! (I'm so sorry if this seems like giving all my problems to random people - I've spent two weeks researching and I barely know how to overclock a RAM).
The computer I'm hoping to build is a gaming/recording/animation computer, to run programs such as Blender 3D, Fraps, Minecraft and other gaming/animating/recording programs with sufficient and satisfactory efficiency, but to also be able to be used in average everyday life (like Paint, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
If you can help, please post here on the forum with a suggestion, and please please please dont troll me! Also, link with a reloable source/provider if you can!

1. Change from 1 x 8gb memory to 2 x 4gb to run in dual channel mode.
2. Change the HDD from Hitachi to either Seagate or Western Digital.

Other than that the build looks good.

The build sounds great, but as a cautious person that doesn't want to stuff up (I don't want to send back parts), there is a couple of questions that I have to ask...
1) Are you certain it will run the programs I mentioned sufficiently, effectively and satisfactorily?
2) How do I assemble the computer? As I said, I don't know much about computers...
3) I live in Australia, Victoria, Melbourne (whichever of the three which would matter the most, pick it) - would this affect the overall cost and shipping prices?

Yes, the fact that you live in Australia affects the prices a lot.
Read an article about how Australians pay an extreme price for hardware.
I would change the Intel SSD to a Samsung 840 Evo instead.
