No you don't have any bottlenecks. The "weakest" part of your system is the 6850, but it's still not bad by any means.

You most likely don't need more RAM either. What do you mean by multitasker?

I've got a tab of chrome open, a Terraria Server, Skype, FRAPS, Several tabs of Steam, and file explorer open and I'm using about 2.6GB. 8GB is more than enough for a high end game and other stuff as well.

I use about 3-4Gigs of Ram in Idle w/ no editing software open.I do alot of editing in Camtasia and Photoshop so some more RAM would be nice. And what GPU would you recommend upgrading to?

Depends entirely on your budget.

A 7870 or higher would make a good upgrade. However the new line of video cards for AMD are coming out soon so you'd probably want to wait on those. NVidia's 700 line just came out though and you could get something like a GTX 760 also.

Only upgrade if you need to, don't upgrade for the sake of upgrading.

I would definitely get a better monitor (1080p 23" or 24" would be nice) and a more powerful graphics card before anything else though.

The biggest bottleneck by far on your computer is the hard drive. If its a spinning media type then that, will be BY FAR, the biggest bottleneck.

Do you have any others? Yes. But upgrading that GPU with that monitor is pointless.

If you aren't planning upgrading the monitor, then an SSD is the best use of your money without doubt.

Oh I totally missed the monitor part...

Yeah that makes getting a new GPU mostly pointless.

As far as a hard drive being the bottleneck an SSD is good for boot times and launching your main programs a few seconds faster, but actual performance in rendering games, pictures, or video will be unchanged.

SSD would still be a good way to go, but if you're asking for the sake of "bottlenecks" you don't really need to spend money if you're content with your monitor and boot times.

Im fine with my HDD times a little slow but im fine with it, and i put my PC to sleep most of the time anyway. And i dont feel like re-installing Everything

So what Monitors and GPU would u guys suggest

1080p resolution would look good and you'll want in the neighborhood of about 23 inch display. As for video card a GTX 760 would be good like I suggested earlier.

I have 2 monitors right now and its MUCH better opposed to having one. There so much more you can do, like if i wanna play BL2 and watch a video at the same time i can. Doing reports is much easier one screen for word the other for research. When im gaming and talking to someone over skype i can see the messages they send me too. When im gaming i can see what im listening to on Itunes. Editing is easier as well
2 Monitors > 1 Monitor. And plus if i wanna do dual screen gaming i can.

A second monitor is really helpful but you don't need to blow money on another big one since you already have one you can make your secondary. Dual monitor gaming just flat doesn't work unless they don't have bezels at all. FPS are null, your reticule is right on the bezel and you can't see correctly. Racing games are out since they have your car split across 2 screens. Strategy could possibly work but still would be awkward to do. RPG's don't really work either since your character is located in the middle of the screen. If you're using multiple monitors you want an odd number for gaming purposes.
