I don't have my wifi connection yet...last night I tried to play a cd on the gx620 windows xp and got a box that said "No Audio Device". How do you fix this? Do I have to buy a sound card? This so-called re-furbished computer is getting to be quite a do it yourself job!

Check in Device Manager and see if there is a Yellow Question Mark by any of the devices.

Yes, speakers are plugged in. I don't have my wi-fi yet so can't download anything yet.
I tried this thing I saw on youtube (on another computer) and entered services.msc in a box and set on automatic blah-blah-blah but that didn't work for me.

Did you check "Device Manager" to see if the audio driver is installed?
You can download the driver on another computer and transfer the driver with a thumb drive.
