Hey guys looking for some opinions on which of these 3 are the best value.

first one is by far the cheapest, decent size, but slower refresh 5ms.

second one is a benq slightly bigger and higher spec 2ms and built in speakers

Third is a liyama very similar spec and size to the benq

I have has plenty of acers and always found the reliable, but never owned either benq or liyama are they good brands ?

Definitely go for the Iiyama! They are fantastic monitors. I love my Iiyama ProLite E2409HDS - had it two years now, it's great. I have used some of Iiyama's newer monitors too and they're great too, so I would go for it!

You think it is worth the £30 extra on the lower spec acer ?

Is there any noticeable difference between 5 ms and 2 ms, never had a 2 ms monitor ?

2ms is better for gaming I think.

The picture quality of the Iiyamas are great. I've used a lot of their monitors now (we have two in our household and Dad sells them) and the picture quality on all of the ones I have used is fantastic. Bright, crisp and clear.

Yep. Lower is better for games. 5ms or less seems to be the general range for gaming.

I can't comment on the brand, I've never used one before. Spirit seems to like them so It would be a good choice.

Yeah I thought so, that was one of the reasons why I got my Iiyama - even though I'm not really a gamer haha. ;)

Iiyamas don't appear to be readily available in the States, but they can be bought over here in the UK.

They're good monitors. :good:
